As Abana Motorsan San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., we have added to our production spectrum the production of High Efficiency (EFF1) Electrical Motors by July 2009.

Approximately the half of the total electricity produced, and approximately two third of the electricity used in industry sector are being consumed by motors. This fact indicates the high importance of the use of high efficiency motor in decreasing the energy cost.
The cost of the energy to be consumed by an average motor in a few months, is equivalent with the purchasing cost of that motor. When we need to give an example, the efficiency of a standard motor with 20 HP power (1500 rpm) is about %88. However, the efficiency of the high efficiency motor in the same power increases up to %91. In other words, standard motors convert the %12 of the electrical energy they consume into heat and releases to environment as a waste heat, while high efficiency motors converts the % 3 of this %12 part into usable mechanical power and the remaining % 9 is converted into waste heat. Low waste heat rate provides the motor to work cooler thus extending the lifetime and provides the motor to resist better to overloading and to abnormal operation conditions and makes the motor more tolerable to the non quality electrical current and voltage.

besides this, in our factory where we have the opportunity to test the motors up to 315 kW in our own laboratory conditions, our study performed by our Re-De team who are experienced on their field, towards developing current products and putting new products into our product spectrum, continues without slowing down.
